Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in software development

- Unit, integration testing experience
- Understanding of REST APIs

- High personal code/development standards and practices (unit testing, code reviews)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

Bilisim Atolyesi is looking for a Part-Time Help Desk Support Agent to join our growing operations team. Join us and help lead our agency through our next phase of growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Answering support calls, emails, and in-person support requests
- Diagnosing technical needs and developing an understanding of root issues
- Coordinate and oversee computer upgrades, software rollouts and other IT related projects
- Maintain inventory and work with vendor’s warranty service and hardware support contracts
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support partners
- Sharing knowledge and proactively identifying the needs of the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional help desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows OS (and hardware)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to explain technology to non-technical staff
- Experience delivering quality customer service
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond in a fast-paced changing work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment to standardize and improve processes
- Energetic and displays the ability to go above and beyond normal day-to-day expectations as situations arise
