Website, Configurator and CRM Project for Donzi Marine

By Bilişim Atölyesi

Bilişim Atölyesi’s Donzi Marine project brought website development, product configurators, CRM tools and brand materials into a connected digital programme. This overview explains the project’s content, design and software components.

To translate this legacy into the digital age, Bilişim Atölyesi partnered with Donzi Marine to deliver a full-scope transformation — from digital infrastructure and brand identity to configurators, CRM systems, and showroom-ready materials. Our collaboration focused on bringing modernity, personalization, and measurable growth to a brand built on performance.

Designing a Digital Experience Worthy of Donzi’s DNA

Donzi boats are bold, beautiful, and built to perform. Their digital presence had to do the same. We created a custom-designed, lightning-fast website with:

• Dynamic model pages showcasing Donzi’s full lineup
• Mobile-first UX for on-the-go browsing from marinas or shows
• Ultra-fast load speeds optimized globally
• Integrated lead capture forms and dealer connections
• Built-in SEO foundations to rank for industry keywords

Production Insight:

We worked closely with Donzi’s product and sales team to understand each model’s unique selling points, performance specs, and target customer personas. Our design and dev teams prototyped multiple page layouts before launching a design system that matched the Donzi identity while remaining conversion-focused.

Custom Configurator: Donzi, Built Your Way

To modernize the buying journey, we developed a fully interactive boat configurator that allows users to build and personalize their Donzi.

• Choose hull, engine, layout, and accessories
• See real-time updates and spec summaries
• Export configurations as PDFs or send to a local dealer
• Integrate directly into CRM for lead qualification

Production Insight:

The configurator was built using a scalable front-end framework integrated with Donzi’s CMS and CRM. We modeled each boat’s configuration options with detailed pricing logic and visual asset mapping. User testing during prototype phases led to higher engagement and completion rates.

CRM System: Turning Interest into Action

We implemented a bespoke CRM system tailored to Donzi’s dealership and sales process.

• Lead routing by region and model
• Full interaction history for every inquiry
• Configurator-generated leads matched to sales reps
• Analytics dashboards for sales forecasting

Production Insight:

We integrated CRM into the site’s back-end using secure APIs, enabling seamless data flow between touchpoints. The system was configured to reflect Donzi’s real-world sales team structure and regional coverage. Admin-level features allowed for scalable growth.

SEO Optimization: Performance On and Off the Water

Strong digital presence demands strong search visibility. Our SEO efforts included:

• Keyword-optimized content for each model
• Fast-loading infrastructure and image optimization
• Meta structure and schema for Google ranking
• Indexed sitemaps and mobile-first indexing

Production Insight:

We performed technical SEO audits, industry keyword research (e.g., “build your own speedboat”, “Donzi boat dealer”), and structured all content for discoverability. We worked closely with Donzi’s marketing team to embed high-converting phrases into natural brand language.

From Booth to Inbox: Full Brand Activation

We supported Donzi across both digital and physical channels with:

• Brochures for all models (print + digital)
• Dealer catalogues and price sheets
• Showroom & fair signage: roll-ups, posters, banners
• Digital + print business cards
• Email signature templates for consistent communication

Production Insight:

Our in-house creative and brand design team led the development of every visual asset in close alignment with Donzi’s identity. From the layout of brochures to the typography on roll-up banners, each element was carefully crafted to convey the bold elegance of Donzi’s brand. We ensured design consistency across digital materials and printed collateral, enabling seamless brand representation at boat shows, dealer events, and day-to-day communications. Every pixel and every print reflected the performance and legacy of Donzi.

Value Delivered: End-to-End Digital Transformation

With this collaboration, Donzi Marine now operates with:

• A fast, mobile-first website aligned with its performance DNA
• A model configurator that drives engagement and lead quality
• A CRM system that streamlines dealer follow-up and segmentation

• Unified digital and physical sales materials across all touchpoints

Donzi is now fully equipped to accelerate in the digital space—just like the high-performance vessels it builds.
