Sales and Service Management Platform for Saxdor Turkey

The Saxdor Turkey software project connected sales coordination, delivery records and after-sales service workflows. Bilişim Atölyesi developed tools to help the team organise customer interactions, boat records and service requests.

Project Goal: Smart Tracking Across the Entire Lifecycle

As sales volumes and customer expectations increased, Saxdor’s Turkey representative needed a centralized and digital infrastructure to manage the complete customer lifecycle—starting from the first interaction to long-term service operations.

The project was designed with the following goals:

• Digitize the entire sales journey from quote to delivery
• Provide each delivered boat with a unique digital delivery and inspection record
• Systematically manage post-sales service and warranty operations
• Implement structured delivery protocols to support delivery checks and a documented handover process.
• Build a system that continuously measures and improves customer satisfaction

Key Features of the Software

1. Sales & Delivery Coordination

• All customer interactions—from initial inquiry to final delivery—are managed digitally.
• Offers, approvals, payments, and delivery milestones are logged in a structured timeline.
• Digital delivery confirmations are created for each client, enhancing transparency.

2. Real-Time Service Management

• Customers can submit service requests via a user-friendly portal.
• Service teams are instantly notified and assigned based on region, urgency, or expertise.
• Each request moves through a clear status workflow: Received → In Progress → Completed → Rated
• Automatic notifications keep the customer informed at every step.

3. Seamless Communication Layer

• Internal teams and customers are connected via a real-time messaging and update system within the platform.
• No more lost calls or delayed follow-ups—every action is trackable and timestamped.
• The system is designed to minimize friction and maximize clarity in every customer interaction.

4. Customer Satisfaction Tracking

• After each service, customers are invited to rate their experience directly in the system.
• Feedback is logged, visualized in dashboards, and used to improve workflows.
• This loop enables continuous quality improvement based on real user data.

Efficiency Gains & Customer Wins

With the system fully deployed, the representative office reported:

• A fully standardized and traceable delivery workflow
• The platform maximized alignment and responsiveness between customers and service teams, ensuring faster interventions and a smoother service journey.
• Service requests routed and tracked in one system
• Organized and measurable warranty and customer service processes
• Stronger customer trust through transparent and timely communication

A New Standard in Yacht Service Management

From lead generation to after-sales support, traceability and operational control are now key to customer satisfaction and long-term success. The custom software developed for Saxdor’s Turkey representation stands as a strong example of this shift toward smarter, data-driven service delivery.
