Nautique Registry

An operational workspace connecting yacht registration, documents, renewals and finance within one file.

From sales records to registration work

We developed Nautique Registry for Nautique Yachting within the DOCK platform. The solution keeps registration operations connected to existing sales and CRM data. Its dedicated screens, workflows and reporting make it a distinct operational module.

The project addresses the relationship between customer information, yacht identity, company records, applications and document validity dates. Each file provides a shared view of its owner, current stage, outstanding documents and financial position.

What we developed

  • Registration files: Relationships between the sales record, CRM customer, yacht, hull number, production slot, flag and assigned user.
  • Operational stages: Separate statuses and dates for company work, provisional registration, permanent registration, survey, transit log, OFCOM where applicable and renewals.
  • Company and ownership records: Incorporation details, jurisdiction, registration numbers, ownership percentages and individual roles linked to the file.
  • Document checklists: Requirements based on selected stages, preparation and upload status, and completion checks for missing mandatory documents.
  • Renewals and tasks: Reminder dates, assigned owners, upcoming and overdue work, and automatic task generation from recorded dates.
  • Finance tracking: Customer amounts, collections, balances, categorised costs and receipts, with EUR-based cost and expected profit reporting using entered exchange rates.
  • Management reporting: Filters by flag, period, owner and status; operational completion rates, payment and expense distributions, and CSV export.
  • Team coordination: Module access permissions, team-scoped files, file notes and a history of recorded operational changes.

Connected workflows

Required stages are selected for each file. Those selections drive its document checklist, while operational dates feed renewal and task tracking. Collections and expenses contribute to the financial view of that same file.

The structure is designed to reduce the need to recreate the same operational context in separate spreadsheets. The overview shows the daily work queue; reporting brings operational progress and cost information together for review.

Our work covered workflow modelling, the relational data structure, web application interfaces, API development, connections with CRM and sales records, document checks, reminder tasks and reporting.

Nautique Registry is one of the projects through which we apply our yachting experience to operational software. We designed it around the team’s day-to-day registration work and the follow-up required after the initial process is complete.
