Before You Build Your Next Yacht Software
8 October 2026Owning a boat opens up new places to explore and new experiences on the water. Saxdor Blue Circle brings that world closer through member privileges, a detailed cruising guide and a direct connection with the people supporting the boat.
For Saxdor Turkey, Bilişim Atölyesi developed Blue Circle as a connected membership experience. The application combines exclusive opportunities and benefits with boat information, service requests and documentation. Behind it, CRM, service workflows and a content management platform support the ongoing relationship between the owner and the brand.
Start with the boat the owner actually uses
The boat provides the context for the experience. Blue Circle brings documents, warranty records, equipment information and technical details together under a digital boat identity. An owner looking for information about their own boat can start from that record.
This matters because a general product page and an owner’s boat record serve different purposes. One explains a model to a prospective buyer. The other helps someone who already owns a boat find the information relevant to it. Keeping that distinction clear makes the application useful after the sale.
A service request should have somewhere to go
Consider an owner who needs help with an item on board. The useful next step is to create a request, follow its progress and keep the conversation in the same place. Blue Circle provides that path within the mobile experience.
The owner-facing application and the business’s CRM and service management work address two sides of the same relationship. The owner needs a clear view of their request; the business needs the context to manage customer support. This is why we treat the mobile application, customer relationship processes and service operations as parts of one software project.
Service updates, maintenance reminders and other notifications help bring relevant information back to the owner. The purpose of a notification is simple: let someone know when there is something useful to see or a next step to take.
Membership opens a world of opportunities and benefits
The “Fırsatlar ve Avantajlar” section — Opportunities and Benefits — is a central part of Blue Circle. It brings together special opportunities offered to members and a rich guide with hundreds of useful entries for life on and around the water.
Special cruising destinations, bays, marinas, fuel stations and recommended places help owners discover where to go and what is available along the way. The guide covers destinations such as Göcek, Bodrum, Marmaris and Bozburun, bringing practical information and ideas for the next trip into the same mobile experience.
Alongside that guide, member-only opportunities, partner benefits, events and invitations give Blue Circle membership a sense of belonging. Joining Blue Circle opens the door to a world of privileges and discoveries that continues beyond boat delivery.
For the software project, this means treating the guide and membership content as part of the everyday owner experience. Someone planning a trip, looking for a fuel station or exploring a member benefit has a reason to return between service visits. Weather, wind and wave information, model-specific accessories and relevant notifications complement that experience.
The management platform is part of the product
A polished mobile screen depends on the information behind it. Destination descriptions, event details, member benefits and other content need a place to be managed and maintained. Blue Circle includes a content and management platform alongside the application.
That work connects several of our disciplines: mobile application development, custom business software, CRM, service workflows and documentation management. The value comes from how those parts support the owner and the teams working with them.
The relationship continues throughout ownership
Blue Circle shows why a yacht brand’s digital work continues beyond its website and sales tools. Owners need support for their boats, useful guidance for their journeys and a membership experience worth returning to. The business needs software that can bring those needs together over time.
For us, the project connects the practical and personal sides of ownership: boat records and service management help keep things organised, while opportunities, benefits and the cruising guide make membership part of the experience on the water.
