Engineering & Cost Analysis Software for Silent Line Group
7 February 2024A yacht enquiry is the beginning of a longer process. A broker needs to know which boat is available, where the enquiry came from, who is following it up and what happens after the sale.
For Nautique Yachting, Bilişim Atölyesi developed a custom CRM and brokerage operations platform that connects those stages. Its scope covers listing technologies, API management, lead capture and management, sales operations, after-sales support and document management.
The yacht listing is part of the operating system
A listing has a life beyond its public detail page. Boat specifications, availability, images and sales information need to remain useful to the team managing the portfolio. The platform brings yacht listing management into the same working environment as customer and sales records.
This connection helps a broker move from an enquiry to the relevant boat information without treating the website, portfolio and CRM as separate jobs. Listing technologies form part of the sales workflow, with the public-facing website connected through the integration layer.
API management connects the information behind the scenes
The project includes internal API infrastructure and third-party integrations to support data flow between the CRM, listing sources and Nautique Yachting’s website. API management is part of how those connections are organised and maintained.
Integrations bring yacht information to the website and customer enquiries back into the CRM. The important relationship is between the information shown to a prospective buyer and the records used by the team responding to them.
What happens when a new lead arrives?
Website enquiries are captured in the CRM, categorised by their content and source and routed to the relevant broker. Lead management continues with the customer’s contact history, follow-up activity and the next action in the sales process.
Collecting a lead and managing it are different steps. Keeping them connected gives the team a view of where an enquiry came from, which yacht interests the customer and who is responsible for the conversation.
Sales operations continue beyond the first conversation
Customer records, yacht portfolios, quotation tracking and deal pipelines support the team’s daily sales operations. The platform brings together the information needed to coordinate enquiries, track offers and follow the progress of an opportunity.
Marketing and outreach also connect to this workflow through CRM data, campaign tracking and email activity. The aim is to support the work from the first expression of interest through the sales process.
After-sales support belongs in the same relationship
The customer relationship continues after a deal closes. After-sales support management keeps the customer’s requests and ongoing communication within the wider operational workflow.
Document management is another part of that continuity. Boat-related documents, sales records and support documentation sit alongside the customer and operational information they belong to. This gives the system a role both during the sale and in the support that follows.
One platform across the brokerage workflow
Listing technologies, API management, lead collection, sales operations, after-sales support and documents are interconnected parts of the Nautique Yachting project. Developing them together allows the software to reflect the work of a yacht brokerage business from enquiry through ownership support.
